Rapid mixer granulator, also known as a high shear mixer granulator, is designed to mix powder components and create granules. Our fast blender granulator is another term for a tall shear blender granulator. It is used for blending and preparing granules without separating from the material. We ensure a good mix with the granules. The filter assembly is located on top of the connector in a vent filter. This design allows clean air to exit the mixing chamber while keeping the granules inside. The impeller prevents 5-6 kg of granules from mixing with the lubricant, thus avoiding contamination. The blending bowl has an arch-shaped design. Our unique structure, combined with the impeller, effectively guides free particles into a whirling motion for better mixing. The rapid mixer granulator is made from a single piece of stainless steel, ensuring no welds and creating an exceptionally smooth funnel-shaped interior. This design completely eliminates dead corners.
The rapid mixer granulator uses a specialized arch-shaped design to optimize particle coordination. It works together with the impeller to create a strong whirling movement that ensures uniform blending. For maximum hygiene and durability, the bowl is precisely molded from a single solid piece of stainless steel, guaranteeing a weld-free construction. The highly polished, funnel-shaped interior is designed to be very smooth, preventing material build-up and eliminating dead corners for thorough discharge and easy cleaning. The granulator is constructed from a seamless piece of stainless steel, containing no welds. Its smooth funnel-shaped profile is crafted to eliminate dead corners, ensuring complete material turnover and discharge.
What is Rapid Mixer Granulator?
Our rapid mixer granulator is commonly used in pharmaceutical manufacturing. It mixes pharmaceutical ingredients and produces granules before compression. It is also referred to as a high shear mixer. Our machine is primarily responsible for wet granulation. We have two full-length and two half-length blades. These impellers are designed so that the small blades lift the material while the full-length blades push it, ensuring a thorough mix. The impellers break up the wet mass into smaller pieces and granules. Our rapid mixer granulator is equipped with specially designed chopper blades strategically located at the bottom of the dome. These blades rotate at high speeds (1440/2880 RPM) to facilitate easy and uniform granulation. The primary function of the chopper is to cut wet material lumps into smaller particles, which the impellers then blend uniformly. The selected chopper speed directly influences the final size of the granules.
